Defendants Win Anti-SLAPP Motion in Lawsuit Against Co-op Board

Today, Judge McPhee dismissed the lawsuit brought by five Co-op members against 16 current and previous Board members. He ruled that the lawsuit was an illegal "SLAPP" (or strategic lawsuit against public participation.) Furthermore, he ruled that Washington's anti-SLAPP law is constitutional.
